Terms of Service

1. The service

Convertify (the "Service") provides file conversion tools that run in your browser. By using getconvertify.me you agree to these Terms.

2. Your files stay with you

Conversions execute locally via WebAssembly and the Canvas API. We do not receive, upload, store, or process the contents of your files. The only data we collect about conversions is anonymous counts and file sizes (see Privacy).

3. Accounts

You may use Convertify without an account. Signing in creates an account tied to your email via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Magic-link sign-in does not store passwords.

4. Pro subscription

Pro tier is billed monthly ($3) or yearly ($24) through LemonSqueezy. LemonSqueezy is our Merchant of Record and handles all payments, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. Cancel anytime from your account — you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by LemonSqueezy's refund policy. For refund requests, contact us at asnaripacalna@gmail.com.

5. Ad-funded free tier

Free users see ads from Google AdSense and can watch a short ad to unlock a 24-hour Pro trial. Ads stop entirely for paid Pro subscribers.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Convertify to convert content you don't have rights to, attempt to break the service, or use automated tools to abuse free quotas. We reserve the right to revoke accounts for clear abuse.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." Conversion fidelity depends on the file and the underlying open-source libraries (ImageMagick, FFmpeg, pdfjs, marked, etc.). We make no guarantees about output quality or completeness for any specific input.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version. The "Last updated" date above will reflect changes.
